I plan on buying tickets for the Cinderella breakfast but am wondering if I can get a refund should one in our party not be able to attend due to poor health (my father is ill). I want to buy the tickets 90 days out but need the insurance that I can get my money back if something changes in the next 3 months! Thanks!
