After all my moanin' I am pleased to report that I've just received an Email from DLP Customer Services (link kindly supplied by Bexx (many thanks))
They've offered me replacement tickets on all my Park tickets used during the week (3 days).
I've Emailed them to ask if the tickets have an expiry date on them as we won't be going back for a couple of years, but don't think that will be a problem.
