Refrigerators at POP

Hi there,

I was hoping some one in the know could give me some confirmation of this. I read a rumour somewhere that they are in the process of putting Refrigerators in all of the Value resorts. Is this true? is it true for POP? and if it is when will they be in there? We have a stay at POP booked 28 june 06 to 6 july 06 and am hoping that they might have them by then.

by my TA. She said that we may already have refrigerators in our room (but not to count on it) for our 10/10 trip to POP. They are putting refrigerators in all the resort rooms BUT the values are the last ones to recieve them, so it may take a while.

At this point, I don't see any confirmations that ALL the rooms have refrigerators. There are a few people that did have refrigerators in their rooms already, but it is not something to count on at this point.

When I am there 10/10 - 10/14, I am going to ask a Manager about this and will report back.

Do you think if we get there and request one we'll get it for free? Like they did at the Moderates?

Oh, COOL! Thanks for posting this. I hadn't heard this yet so that is awesome. Hopefully we will get one in our room for our next trip.

it is merely the luck of the draw at this point. Most of the rooms do NOT have them as of yet. We are purchasing one for our vacation.

I really hope they have them in POP when I go in Dec. That would be great! Then I wouldn't have to bring a cooler for my water.

We decided to do this as well. DH and I realized it was cheaper to buy a small fridge then rent one for the entire time we are at POP.
If there is one in the room, I guess we'll have the use of 2 fridges!

But, if I remember right from when they started doing this for the moderates, if you checked in to your room and there was no fridge in your room yet, you called and had one sent to your room, for free.

Does anyone know if this is happening at the Pop? Cuz I just won't bring my cooler if we can get a fridge for free!
