refrigerator in the rooms yet?

I remeber a thread awhile back that said the deluxes and moderates would have refigerators in the rooms.
does anyone know if Bc and the Grand have them in the rooms?? Also what about a coffee maker??? Thanks!!

We stayed at the CBR the last week in August and I asked about the refrigerator. They said they are upon request, at no charge. It was in the room the next morning.

I haven't stayed at CBR for quite a few years, but when we did, they had refrigerators in the room stocked with items they charged you for if you ate or drank them. Are the free refrigerators stocked or not?

What about POR? Has anyone reciently been there? Did they get their fridges yet? We are going Nov. 10th. what are the changes they will be there? I also heard they put curtains up in the refurbished mansions. Can anyone confirm that? Does anyone have pictures of the rooms with curtains?

We arrived home on 16th August from staying for three weeks in CBR. This was the day fridges were supposed to be being made available free of charge and I have assumed this is for storing your own goods. Up until then you paid something like $12 a day for one.

We decided not to have a fridge and actually managed adequately with a cool box and bags of ice which we replaced twice a day. This worked very well and was certainly cheaper than hiring a fridge.

They asked if we wanted it stocked, we said no and they brought an empty fridge. I assume that you can ask at any of the deluxes or moderates now and get a fridge at no charge.

When I called POR two weeks ago, they said fridges were available upon request, at no charge.

There's definitely a coffeemaker in all rooms in the Caribbean Beach Resort and I assume most of the other resorts will too.

I tried to call today and add a referigerator to my reservation and asked that it be noted that it is without charge.

They told me they couldn't do this because refrigerators are installed in all the rooms and you no longer have to request one so they cannot add it to the reservation at all.

The refrigerators are about 2 feet high, 2 feet wide and 2 1/2 feet deep.

We had one in our room at the poly last week.

During our visit to WL last week, the electrical hardware for the fridges was being installed in the rooms. Looks like the fridges will be standard at WL real soon!

Just back from CBR. We requested a fridge and were given one at no charge, without even asking. Driving around the resort we noticed that they were installing them in the different sections. Trucks were delivering new fridges still in the boxes!

we requested a fridge for our trip to POR last week. We were given one at no charge! How nice is that! There was a coffee maker in the room as well! Both came in very handy!
