anyone got the reservations number so I can call and reserve for my meds and speciality foods? thanks

Where are you staying?
If it's one of the Moderate or Deluxe WDW owned resorts, you will have a refrigerator in your room automatically. If you are staying at a WDW Value resort, you will need to call. The phone number for Special Services is in the disABILITIES FAQs thread in the post about accommodations (it's in post #7).
Have your reservation number handy when you call.
