Refrigerator at the Dolphin

Last minute question--I'm leaving Sat for Disney. (First trip-yeah!)

My husband and son are already at the Dolphin for the start of a chess tournament. DH said he didn't get the key for the stocked refrigerator. I've read some things about the frige there and was wondering if anyone has been there recently to confirm.

I called the Dolphin and was told they could give us an extra frig for $12/day. Have heard/read here that you could pay them $25 to "unstock" the frig or just "unstock" it yourself and leave a note for mousekeeping. I'd sure like to save $ and just do the latter.

Can anyone confirm? How large is the frig--is it a tiny dorm room size (roughtly 15-18in tall) or a bit bigger-say 2 feet tall? thanks.

We've "unstocked" the mini bar fridge, which is the size of a dorm fridge, and its great if you want to keep juice and soda cool, not so sure how it would do with milk. We ended up having to get a refridgerator sent up because the mini bar fridge was not cold enough to keep my son's medication cold. They were great about it and anytime we have stayed there since they have not charged us for the refridgerator because it is being used for medication. DS has a severe dairy allergy and asthma so we need to travel with all his own food and medication.
