Refrigerated Storage Available Before Check-in?

Can someone please confirm whether valets have access to a refrigerator and/or freezer to store groceries purchased before check-in? We plan to stop at Costco on the way to Aulani and will likely have some things to store if our villa is not ready when we arrive at the resort.

No, Aulani Bell service will not store cold items. They are more than happy to help you up to your room if you show up with the groceries. I would wait until closer to check in time to go to the store just to be safe. And don't forget to bring your own shopping bags.

Thank you...happy I asked. We're accustomed to having that service available at Old Key West if we should need it.

We do play to arrive at the resort after 4:00pm, but know from experience that does not always guarantee access to our villa.

You may want to double check this. We are here now and needed to move rooms twice. Both times, bell services happily picked up our bags and stored items in refrigerator/freezer until our new room was ready. They have special crates for this purpose.

They will hold stuff in your circumstance, but they don't accept grocery deliveries with cold items. That is what many people have been reporting.

Ok, that makes sense. They seemed so busy! So many people bring piles of gifts, trees, etc
