As long as we are NOT on the dining plan, we can order our kids the kids meals at kids prices, correct? (ages 12, 13) For this I'm referring to both QS and TS restaurants.

If we are at a buffet though, we would pay the price by their age (adult pricing), correct?

I ordered a kids meal (my DS11 wasnt around, he went to reserve a table). And I had no problems ordering it. As far they were concerned the kids meal was for me cause my son wasnt around, yet they had no probs with it. So yes, you will be fine ordering kids meals for your 12/13 yr olds.

Also, while at a TS my DS11 ordered a kids meal and had no probs at all. And just to give you an idea, my son looks older than 11. he's pretty tall. Enjoy your trip!
