Refound for express pass

I bought an unlimited express pass for my planned visit in June. Now I had to cancel all my travel plans since I will not be able to go. I tried to Mail some time ago to get a refound or ask for other possibilities, since there is no way I will visit before spring 2021. But I didn't receive any answer. Unfortunatley I didn't find a phone number to call. Did anybody have sucsess with returning a ticket for USH or have a phone number I could call. Thanks for your help. Tickets are non refundable. Right now, they plan on re-opeing on June 1st so dont expect to get a refund. However, you can apply the value of your ticket to a new ticket if/when you visit in the future.
