Refit and New Planes for Virgin

Have just found out that Virgin have recently refitted two of there planes, Lady Penelope and Tubular Belles. Also a new plane is now in service, Mustang Sally.

Does anyone know if they are on the Gatwick/Orlando route. Would be great to use any of these on our visit to Orlando on 27 Feb.

I,m pretty sure these are Gatwick planes but I sooooooooo wish they were Manchester as the ones used from there are really tired now

Please let one of them be for us Northerners

I don't think any of these have been used on Orlando routes to date. They all fly out of Heathrow to either NY, SF, LA, Washington, Miami, Lagos or Johannesburg.

The latest on the Gatwick fleet is that it's due to be refitted with the new suites, hopefully v-port and hopefully the new economy and premium economy seats during early 2005

However, I am sure it's going to be worth waiting for.

I think we have flown with Island Lady & Honey Pie from manchester.
Would love to fly on a newer virgin.
