We got back last week and the mugs were $13 something. There was only one style available, that being the one that will fit in your car's cupholder.

The parks don't sell any mugs like that.

Just to add to what the PP said, the refillable mugs can be used at WDW resorts for the length of your stay. They are intended specifically for the resorts, not the parks, and there is no charge to refill.
