Refillable Mugs

Are the refillable mugs only avaliable in the travel mug style, or is the shorter, wider mug style avaliable also??? Anybody know??? Thanks!

Starting last year they began phasing out the fat mugs, and only travel size were available. The resorts with the fat mugs were selling out of their inventory, I am not sure if any of them have the wider ones available yet.

Further I personnel think there very unhygienic. You can't wash them properly just hold them under the barely hot water tap in your hotel.
The smell of coffee is so overwhelming that everything tastes like coffee.

Here's a tip - get one of those little travel size refillable squeeze bottles and take along some dish soap to wash your mugs out.

You CAN get milk in these!!!!!That's if the resort you are staying in has it in the self serve fountains... so some resorts do, some don't... just check it out.

Do you happen to know which resorts do, in fact, have milk? I know that Pop Century did not.

Anyone know the ounces? They look really small to me- I'm guessing 12 oz? or are they bigger?

Yes. they have it at every resort.

TLPL, no, you just go get the refill by yourself. Think...McDonalds. You just go in, refill, and leave.

Thank-you for the reply...least I know I can grab my usual cup of tea each morning and evening...I won't be having withdrawl symptoms from not getting my daily dose of tea!!

We always get our money's worth out of them, and they are great to use at home after. Good thing we go every year and get new ones, because DH is an electrician, and our travel mugs tend to disappear and/or change into mutant, warped gobs of colored plastic (I don't know what the heck he does to them.............. ) or end up with petrified coffee reminents that never come clean after they sit in a work van for months.

Question - are all the mugs now the same? (I noticed the picture of the mug in the beginning of the thread). We were at POFQ last March and they were still the resort ones. If so, it'll be nice to get a different one this year! (And I will promptly hide them from DH when we get home!)

I love mine - I did use it quite a bit when we were at CBR (I just got pop in it), but I love it here at home, and use it all the time
