You can get a refill at the bakery or the pool bar I believe. It's not self-service, you show the mug and they give you a drink. Because of health regulations, they can't take the mug behind the counter so they give you a drink in a cup and you fill the mug.

You can get the mugs refilled at Leaping Horse Libations pool bar, Seashore Sweets and the BoardWalk Bakery.
