Refillable Mugs question .. Beverage choices?

My family doesn't drink soda or pop as some might call it. We don't drink sugar sweetened beverages of any kind really but we do drink seltzer and wondering if it is available on tap in the resorts. Otherwise I don't see the value in these mugs for us.

I know there is a water tap in the soda machine but I'm not sure if there is an option to make it carbonated. I also heard Disney was moving to those freestyle type soda machines where you can create anything including flavored water, but I'm not certain if that has happened yet. For the mugs - there are also options for unsweetened iced tea, coffee, and hot cocoa.

There's coffee and cocoa too, if you like warm drinks

Some of the resorts foodcourts have installed the freestyle machines. POFQ now has them

There's coffee and cocoa too, if you like warm drinks

My wife and I don't get the mugs anymore because we don't drink soda. I do enjoy the Minute Made Light Lemonade and the iced tea is very good if you enjoy those things. As has also been mentioned, the hot cocoa is very good in the morning or evening.
