Refillable mugs...not what you think!

When we were at the Osborne lights last week I noticed they sell mugs with lights in them. Are they refillable mugs? And if so where are they refillable at? I seen someone in our resort with one and he refilled it there.

Please no debates, we bought our refillable mug at POFQ and ONLY filled it at POFQ!

Granted I've never been down to WDW for Christmas, they do sell the mugs that look like the ones for the resorts in the parks. They are not refillable to my knowledge. There are people who will refill them at the resorts but as far as I know, they are not to be used again.

I have seen other guests refill mugs which were sold in stores around WDW, not the official refillable mugs that are sold at the counter service locations & fill them up. So what you saw is nothing nothing new.

I didn't think it was anything new, I was wondering if the ones from the DANCING LIGHTS were refillable.

Anyone KNOW and how much they are?
