refillable mugs and water at HH?

I have a question for those of you who've been to Hilton Head. I'm spending a week in August at Hilton Head and I only drink water. I don't drink any soda. Would it be okay for me to bring my own water bottle and fill at the filling station with water or should I purchase a refillable mug to fill up with water? Also, for my kids, what is the present cost for refillable mugs?

The refill mug is on the second floor of the pool house at the main pool and near the quick service at the beach house. You are supposed to get a refill mug bit there are plenty that do not.
