reduced port adventures ?

I've been checking our port adventures availability list every day, hoping what we want opens up. All of the sudden, the list went from 48 options to 18. The one we wanted "disappeared" (use to say "sold out"). What does that mean? Is it totally cancelled?

We cruised on the fantasy last month. They started out with many more excursions for Cozumel. One day, all the ones that involved taking the ferry disappeared. It was just random. They ended up adding a few excursions at other ports closer to sailing. Probably just finalizing with their cruise vendors as the sail date gets closer

I'm thinking it's probably a wish list of excursions they put up originally and as the cruise gets closer they realize they can't do some of them. It's still a very fluid situation.

Or their vendors cancel on them. I think it is more that than DCL "realizing they can't do them".

Either way still a fluid situation so you have to "roll with the punches".

We're definitely struggling with the lack of excursions for our Feb cruise. We're going to Cozumel and supposed to go to Grand Cayman and we have an under 2. Looks like it's going to be a beach days for a ridiculous amount of money. We always book independently. I guess it could be worse - they could approve the vaccine for under 5s and we'll really have a mess. Good luck! Hope you can find something you like.
