redeeming kids' AP vouchers?

2 quick questions:

1. will they require a biometric scan for the APs for my 3 little ones (all 3 y.o)?
....I'm wondering if the kids will need to be present to redeem our AP vouchers...

2. I'm assuming we can redeem the vouchers for APs at the TTC at any time they are open..anyone know standard operating hours? ... we'll be arriving this coming friday around 5pm, and i am assuming that even thought MK is closing at 7 for grad night, TTC will have reg. hours.

The TTC ticket windows actually close before the park closes. You can take the monorail or ferryboat over to the MK and exchange them at the Guest Relations window there. They will be open until park closing. Or you can go to Epcot which is open until 9 and do it there. Or you can go to DTD and do it at either of the Guest Relations locations there. Both are open until at least 11.

Children under 10 do not do the finger scan on their tickets.
