redeeming at click to the magic?

Everytime I try to redeem the page says to refresh the browser. I click the refresh button but the same page returns. Am I doing something wrong?
Could someone walk me through this?

Another website that you can redeem for Disney Dollars. Bonnie the owner is great at responding to peoples emails and the site is very reliable.

I had the same problem a little while ago too ... apparently, there is a little button that you have to make sure you select, not just the reward amount. For example, if you were redeeming for DD$, you would have to make sure the button beside the amount you were redeeming for was selected as well as the button for DD$.
