hey all i got a code for bugchris for the red helmet and it keeps saying invalid code, i wrote to vmk about it and have yet to hear back from them, has anyone else had this problem?
 
There have been some major problems with the code engine, you are definitely not alone ;)

When you contact them supply them with as much information as possible, including the code that didnt work.
 
I entered a code earlier for gold ears and it gave me a happiest celebration on earth pin!!!
 

I can not get any of my codes to work from the games,nemo ,pirates,trees and narnia.Everything comes up as invalid code,so am i dong something wrong or is it all codesthat do not work.

there are major issues with lots of codes, not just the rewards. So nope its not just you ;)
 
My codes have worked today.
I do not dare try another Inferno code though.
 
If you have not heard back from them, make sure that your email is set up to receive email from VMK.

You have to make sure that your email's spam filter will let it through.

Check near the bottom of the newsletter page for the email address to add to your list of safe senders.
 
I was just replying to VMK_Shorty about my "Unlimited Inferno" code not working, as I had forgotten to include my VMK title, and when I tried to reply to HIS email, I got back an email stating that they feel their previous email answered my questions and the case had been closed :rolleyes1 :headache:

So, I tried using the "Problem with Code" selection again and it kept telling me the code was invalid. I think that there are probably some issues with the codes right now. Give it a day or 2 and then try the codes again :thumbsup2

i finally got the auto response yesterday so at least i know they got the email. tried the code again yesterday and still nothing. will keep everyone updated on what happens. thanks for all the info guys!
 
I've been having the same exact problem with all of my nemo sub middle pieces. I thought it was just me, but I guess not. What I'm wondering is, if it's already given me that "code does not exist" message, does that make the card forever invalid? Is there a chance that once this is all fixed, the codes on my cards will actually work? Or do I need to contact them to let them know before this can be resolved in any way?

Yes, do contact them, include the codes used. I did a regular contact them picking the option "problem with a code" yesterday and didn't hear anything back.

I tried again today, I included the 2 codes (1 was gold ears it gave me a happiest celebration on earth pin and the 2nd code was a nemo middle). I received a reply a few hours ago:

"We apologize for the difficulty you encountered redeeming your code. I have researched your request and find it to be valid and have donated the following items to your account:

Nemo Submarine Middle
Golden Mickey Ears

Thanks for playing VMK and we hope you continue to enjoy the game."

I'm about to log in and check out my new ears!!

hey all i got an email from sparky and he said to try the code now, that they had fixed the code problems, and to contact them if it still did not work. i tried the code and it worked so all clear. yippie
