red spots in mouth?

There on the inside of my cheeks, one on each side, Any idea what these could be?

INFECTION!!!!

You got a infectioun in your mouth,no doubt,Could be teeth or a open wound and ate something that got some kinda germ..

If it gets bad,go too your doc or hosptibal and get soe kinda of anttibioucs before it gets worse..

Your mouth is the worst place to get a infection!!

That could be,BUT any open sores in the mouth is a danger!!

Yep! Im kinda leaning towards infection since my throat and mouth are red and I have a few white spots (just developed a few hours ago)

There is a viral infection going around called cochsacky (sp?) virus. My son has had it for the last 10 days. The symptoms are open sores, fever, sore throat and general achey feeling all over. My pediatrician said she has seen alot of cases in the past couple weeks. I thought he had strep because the symptoms are very similiar.

hegs, that is the same as hand, foot, and mouth. my kids had that last summer and I was sure it was strep, too!

Well Its progressed. Now Ive got sinus pain, a runny nose, headache and a cough. Guess its another cold.
