It's a charity event in the UK, like Children in Need.

Comic Relief is a charity, and on Red Nose Day they have a show on TV to encourage people to raise money.
The money then goes towards helping children in the UK. Like child carers and stuff.
And the big thing is that they sell "Red Noses" :-D
They're fun.

It's aka Comic Relief... it's a charity thing in the UK.
They have a TV show on Red Nose Day every year to raise money and they do other stuff aswell like sell Red Noses and stuff.
The 'red noses' are like plastic ball things (you look kinda like Rudolph the red nosed reindeer wearing one) that you wear on your nose on red nose day and they change the design every year.
The money is split in half... half goes to kids in Africa and the other half goes to kids in the UK.
