Red mark on nose

I was told by my derm doc. that my red mark on nose is from blood vessels popped at surface. She said laser treatment, but that would cost 1200 for 4 treatments. Any suggestions that are cheaper.

That's seems pretty expensive although I don't know the size of it. I have had broken blood vessels lasered numerous times from my face, neck & legs. I will tell you that the nose was the most sensitive one for me & my eyes were tearing like crazy.

was wondering if it is Rosacea. I just felt like this derm dr. spent very little time with me, gave m a prescritption for a bleaching cream which ended up costing me 148.99, didn't even inform me of how expensive it is. I now others were getting bleaching cream for their co-pay. So not 100% sure I want to spend 1200 on laser treatments, if there are other options for me to try first.

I found this stuff to try, going to see if it works eucerin redness relief. Worth a shot.

Call around and ask various places about the laser cost. I have had laser treatments and they are nowhere near that expensive. I do go to a physician's office, and I know day spa places do them as well. Full face rejuvination series aren't that much, so I'm surprised a small, targeted area would b so expensive. The before and after photos I've seen in my office are pretty amazing.

Years ago (20 maybe) I had a couple broken blood vessels on the bridge of my nose where my glasses pushed down. Back then my dermatologist zapped them w/ electricity. Felt like a couple bee stings but they faded quickly and you can't tell they were ever there.

That treatment may be considered on par with bloodletting now days. It's got to be cheaper than lasers. You might want to ask if that is available/appropriate.
