My mud district has finally started a recycling progam in conjunction with recycle bank . I do have some questions as



1. can we recycle paperboard? It says on my trash can that they take cardboard, boxboard etc. for example, pop tart boxes, rice a roni boxes, pasta boxes.

What do you guys recycle?

Everything that we can:
Glass, Metal, Plastic (should have that triangle on the bottom), circulars that come in the mail, return envelopes (for magazine renewals) magazines (I pull the name address off) catalogues (sp?) as for the cardboard, all CLEAN cardboard (not a greasy pizza box) and poke the plastic "window" out of the macaroni boxes etc & throw that in regular garbage ...think that's about it...nice reminder as I have to put it out for Mon pickup.

We recycle everything as well. Cardboard (includes toilet paper rolls, paper towel rolls, etc), paper, newspaper, newspaper bags, plastic (#1 and 2 only accepted here), cans in the rare event we have one, glass bottles, boxes. We throw more in than that and they sort through what they will accept.
