We're looking for a 3 bedroom home/townhome to rent in Dec. We plan to do disney/seaworld/Universal. It will be 3 adults and a 3 year old so 2 rooms would need to have king/queen beds in them. Any help you can give with communities or actual propertys/renters you have used would be great!

Thanks!

Vista Cay is located between Sea World & Universal. I think you're either close to Disney, or you're close to the other 2. You're going to have to have a longer commute to one of them. You can rent from Vista Cay owners at www.vistacayrent.com.

I would not recommend the Formosa Gardens area that's usually recommended here for close to Disney (i.e. Windsor Hills, Windsor Palms, Emerald Island, etc.) because that's just too far from Univ & Sea World IMO. And it's on the opposite side of WDW from Univ & Sea World.

Cypress Pointe would be a timeshare resort that's sort of centrally located to all 3 parks. It's sort of on the East side of WDW closest to the Downtown Disney area. You used to be able to get good rates from www.hotelkingdom.com, so you might look there. You'd have to get the 3 bedroom in order to have 2 rooms with king/queens there.

Good luck!
