Well, here I am.
For 3 years I visited EasyWDW almost every day, whether I had a trip planned or now.
Josh's sarcasm was right up my alley. I loved his posts. I was active in the forums; (150+) posts and comments... a "senior' member. In fact, my last post was a photo from 1977 of my uncle glen and my father at WDW in the stocks outside of the Haunted Mansion that I used to convince someone they didn't need to bring an expensive DSLR because that photo was an old and terrible photo, yet I still looked at it with fondness, it made the OP tear up and made the decision for her, so I felt like I was a helpful part of the community there.
Then... one day... I visit the site from work and I get an ugly "FORBIDDEN!" page telling me I do not have access to the site.
But I can get to it from home, maybe it's a firewall thing at work I think to myself.
Then, yesterday.... at home... FORBIDDEN!
I go to the EasyWDW facebook page to inquire... oops, sorry, I have been blocked from that page too!
I mean really, whatever I did or said, it must have pissed Josh off royally.
So I get on the forums via my phone's data connection and post in there asking folks if this was a fluke or what. I looked through ALL my posts, trying to see what I may have done or said, I swear I am NOT a troll.
They say "Try the Contact Us link at the bottom of the forums!
Which I did.
I ask if I did something bad, or if it was a fluke.
Next time I log in to the forums to check, POOF, my entire forums account is dead.
So, despite hearing all the bashing of the DISboards that always went on at EasyWDW.... here I am.
I may occasionally need someone to "Spy" EasyWDW for me to gather the crowd calendars.
So as a former EasyWDW member, do I have to have some kind of initiation?
