Hi
We are arriving in April, staying in Disney first, with a day trip to Cape Kennedy, then switching to USO. There are 4 of us with big suitcases, and we wont be renting a car.

Since returning from USO to MCO will cost approx 90-100$, I figured I could just get a roundtrip offer with a grocery stop. Google searches price this at about 130$ which sounds ok

Can anyone reccomend a good, trustworthy company?

Also, if anyone can recommend a good shuttle service to Cape Kennedy, that would be great! We are so limited in time, I thinking renting a car would consume at least 2hs, right?

Thank you all in advance

I don’t know of any shuttle companies but know that Tony Hinds does transportation for all parts of Florida
Had a friend use him for Cape Kennedy visit

Hope someone that has used various shuttle companies will post and help you

I'm a lil confused by your question but I'm going to try and give an answer to this one: good way for 4 to get from Disney to KSC and back if we don't want to rent a car.

Gray line bus does a shuttle Orlando to KSC round trip and it is $59 pp according to https://www.grayline.com/tours/orlando/kennedy-space-center-transportation-only-5873_40_12130_1212/ .. site says they do hotel pickup but they will tell YOU the time

UBER should run under $100 (each way) and will pick up where you are, when you want ..... <I ran Grand Floridian to KSC Visitor Center just now and got an X price under $80>

EDITORIAL: a rental car could be had for way less if you shop .... since you would rent for 24 hours you could get night before and return after your visit. KSC usually closes at 6 or 7 depending on time of the year ... they don't stay open late ..... pickup should be less than 30 minutes and drop off less.

Just FYI, the name Cape Kennedy returned to Cape Canaveral in 1973. You may get confused people if you call it Cape Kennedy in a one on one conversation if they were born in the 80s or later.

That nomenclature can be confusing -- AND can lead to the wrong destination.

As mentioned above, the geographic feature was returned to its historical name years ago. And...there is a Canaveral National Seashore for those who want absolute solitude on a beautiful beach --

And PORT Canaveral -- the cruise port.

OP is wanting to take a day trip to the Kennedy Space Center (on Cape Canaveral).

I think what you will do with your suitcases for the day is a question. I'm not sure what shuttles/busses will hold them during your day trip to Cape Canaveral, or if you are planning to leave them at WDW or pre-check them in to USO.

I'd at least consider getting a car from the Car Care Center at Disney (or the Swan/Dolphin), driving out to the Cape, and returning it at USO. Then your luggage is secure and you are on your own time schedule. We rented a car the night before we needed it. If you did that in your situation you would possibly be able to return it within 24 hours.

Yes, thank you all.
I am both ancient, foreigner and a space geek so I had no idea there were so many options. I meant the Kennedy Space Center...

Thank you for helping me decide on renting a car for the KSC day. We'll use one of the CCC companies and shuttle

Thank you

We used greyline tours,we had to go all star music for pick up which took us to the bus and then headed out to Kennedy space center. The driver was great and gave us tips on how to tour the facility to make the most of our day.
I would use them again.
