Recommended scavenger hunts for adults/teens?

We're going over Christmas and I wanted to find something that we could focus on that doesn't involve standing in line, given that it will be super busy. We are going with our 19 year old daughters - is there a scavenger hunt or similar activity anyone would recommend for that age group? TIA!
