Recommendations to watch World Series other than ESPN

Ahhh, the advantage of living in Toronto these days. You can go to Disney anytime of the year and never have to worry that you will miss your team in a championship. Ooops, not much of an advantage.

Do you want to stay on site? If not, The Orlando Ale House is not very far from Disney. This is where we will be on 1-24-10 to watch the NFL league championship games.

We are leaving on Wed. We are staying at CSR for Wed. and the BC until Sun. My DS is an avid baseball fan. He loves the Yankees but we go to the Phillies minor league team's games in the summer. I know we need to find a good place for him to watch the remainder of the games. Any suggestions? He is celebrating his 7th b-day on Thurs.

We're going down on Weds, too. We were just having this discussion this morning- if the series is still going on, where should we watch? We're at Kidani, so we'll be in the room or at Victoria Falls. You're right about ESPN- that would be impossible.

One year we were there during Super Bowl, staying at POR and they had the big screen set up in the lounge just off of the lobby. I'll bet most resorts will do this in their lounge. I know when they gave out that big college football award(what's it called?), they had it on the big screen at the Territory Lounge at WL. It was in mid-Dec. I'm sure you'll find it somewhere. If all else fails, watch it in your room, it's on Fox!
