Has anyone ever done "Thanksgiving at the Fort" at the Fort Wilderness Campground? We will be staying at VWL, and like to visit Fort Wilderness. Just wondering if this is a fun experience.

Thanksgiving at the Fort - Fort Wilderness Pavilion
4 Seatings: Noon, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm.
Adults: $42.00; Children 3 to 9: $25.00
Non-alcoholic, non-specialty beverage, tax and tip included.
Buffet: Vegetable soup, garden salad, cornbread, fresh-baked rolls, honey mustard glazed ham with raisin sauce, sliced roast turkey with giblet gravy, fried catfish, wild game stew, mashed potatoes, country green beans, stuffing, yams and squash, cranberry relish, fruit pies and pudding, iced tea, lemonade, and coffee
Live country western band, line-dance instructor, characters.
Dining is in an open air covered pavilion.
Open seating (no assigned seats).
Characters do not visit the tables.
Allow adequate travel time. Park at Fort Wilderness parking lot and travel by bus to Pioneer Hall or take the appropriate transportation to Fort Wilderness.
Check in 30 minutes prior to seating time. Pick up tickets at Pioneer Hall.
