Recommendations for sending Flowers for Mother's Day

I'm away from home and will not see my mother or my MIL for Mother's Day.

I already sent my MIL an Entertainment book for Mother's Day but my mother won't use one. I was thinking of sending flowers which she loves.

Does anyone have an online company they prefer?

All the rewards sites have several listed. I usually call the local florist but thought I would try to get some points at the same time.

I seem to remember someone having a lot of trouble with flowers ordered online a while back but darn this search engine on the DIS........not much good for anything.

Appreciate any suggestions!

I have always had good luck with 1-800-FLOWERS.com through Sunshine Rewards. They pay 5%, and I like that you don't have to call anyone -- just order online.

Yesterday I noticed that SR pays 12% on 1-800-FLORALS so thought I'd try them and ordered 3 bouquets. I hope those credits come through!! If so I'll change my florist of choice for good.

I second 1-800-Flowers - I have started to use them for the last year or so and have been extremely pleased with everything. Great prices too!

Also I saw CD has a flower offer Teleflora I think for $13 (from memory).

I ordered through SR last year and it worked well too.

I ordered flowers from Hallmark through SR, the CashDuck one in the PP, and JustFlowers through QR. I got credit for all with no problem.

I just ordered from Hallmark. Some of the prices on the other flower websites were way out there.

I used the code for the free shipping mentioned above (Code FSAFF), 600 Gold Crown Points, and 5% back for going through SR. Now my Mother's Day shopping is done.

I don't know if this is allowed to be posted, but inspired by this thread I finally ordered my godmother's mother's day flowers-Upromise has both Hallmark and 1800Flowers with 10% back, while SR only has 5%.
