Recommendations for owners at Windsor Palms or Windsor Hills?

Hi DISers!

I posted a thread asking if anyone had worked with Jackie Kaufman at Windsor Palms, but no one answered... I don't know if I should take that as a sign or not.

But in any case, who would you recommend renting from (Owners or Companies) for the Windsor Palms or Windsor Hills resort??? I am looking for a 4 bedroom villa, I'd prefer one of the kids rooms be Mickey themed and a larger pool (not just a splash pool).

We use magical vacation homes.com and have no complaints. We have used them for both condos and townhomes. They have some very nice homes also. Check for specials on their site.

We have stayed at Villa Park Lane in Windsor Hills several times and have nothing but good things to say about the villa and the owners. It is a beautiful 4 bed/4 bath pool home. We have booked our next stay in November there as well. I believe it would meet all of your criteria and then some. Their website is www.villaparklane.com

Following to see any other recommendations, as we are still waffling between getting two rooms onsite and getting a villa/home offsite.

They have condos & Townhouses (sleep up to 8). We have personally met them and they are the real deal, great folks! I have had to reschedule and cancel past trips and they are quick at sending a full refund out as well (as long as in the appropriate time frame). They don't have houses but if condo or TH works I would highly recommend them!
