Recommendations for hotels in Paris

Bonjour!

My fiancee and I are planning to go to Paris for a few days during our honeymoon. We are from the U.S. and it is our first time visiting Europe.

Are there any hotels in paris you would recommend to be close to the city center where the attractions are (ex. eiffel tower and the louvre among others). I am looking for somewhere that if we walk out of our hotel we can walk around and be near restaurants and such. Also, we are planning to take the train to Disneyland for a day trip, so if the hotel is near a train station that would be great! Bonus points for a romantic hotel

The Hotel Splendid tour Eiffel is nice, all rooms have a view of the Eiffel tower (very romantic at night time) and it just ten or so minutes walk to the tower itself (3/4 mile). It is about 30 minute walk to the Champs-Élysées, but via the Eiffel tower it is a very nice stroll and Paris is just about the nicest city I can think of to walk around.

I don't know your budget but you can get a Junior suite for around 200ish euros a night which has a fantastic view of the tower. (normal rooms are about 80-100 euros I think).
