We just recently ate at the Coral Reef for lunch. We were not too impressed. It was a fun meal, we even had a diver for our DD's bday, but the food was just ok, and we waited 45 minutes past our ADR time just to be seated. Service the whole meal was pretty slow. We were in the restaurant for close to 3 hours! The dinner menu looks good with the crab legs, but we probably won't be eating there again for a while. Garden Grill: never tried it, but heard from a few friends that the character interaction is great, food is OK, not great. If you are looking for characters, this would be a fun place. Japan is fun, food is pretty good. Norway- never ate there for dinner, wasn't impressed with the breakfast. Character interaction with the princesses was pretty good, but since you are doing CRT I'd personally try something else. We love San Angel Inn in Mexico; it is beautiful inside, and if you like Mexican you could give that a try. Our favorite in Epcot is LeCellier. Great service, steaks to die for, and fun desserts. My kids enjoyed it, too. That would be my recommendation. Hope this helps a little!
