Can anyone recommend good CS for EPCOT? We did not schedule a TS for this day so I need a couple of places for lunch and dinner. Thanks in advance.

Sunshine Seasons in the Land. There is everything you could possibly want there.:cool1:

If you're looking for a good food selection, then I agree with the PP's recommendation of Sunshine Seasons. However, if you're not looking for variety, then I'd recommend Cantina de San Angel. The food isn't out of this world, but it's not bad either. Good tacos, rice and beans. We like to eat there because it seems we usually reach Mexico by lunch time (we usually do world showcase counterclockwise) and it's so nice to sit out by the lagoon and eat lunch.

a lot of solid CS choices in Epcot. I do like Sunshine Seasons and Cantina de San Angel. Look through the menus. One thing you can do is pick things from different pavilions. One night I had a brat from Germany, the kids had something from the American pavilion and my wife had terriyaki checken from the Japanese pavilion. We sat down at the tables at the American pavilion to eat. I liked my brat and the kids liked their food. My wife wasn't thrilled with her chicken. One other CS place I like is the Yorkshire Fsh and Chips place in the England pavilion.

Sunshine Seasons is the best CS probably in any of the parks. I would suggest though not picking a single CS restaurant but instead go around the WS and get something small at the countries that offer CS choices (UK, France, Morocco, Germany, Norway, and Mexico). Getting one small thing as you go around the lagoon is my preferred way to eat at Epcot usually anyway.

Tangierine Cafe in Morrocco has the best food.

Sunshine Seasons has the best variety.

This is exactly what I do!! Its a little taste of everything!

We ate only one CS meal in Epcot on our recent trip and I chose Sunshine Seasons based on all the rave reviews. I'm really not sure what all the hype is about. The portions were very small; I had the salmon, and while it was fairly good, it was tiny, and the 2 sides (rice and carrots) left me hungry. While in line, someone asked for another scoop of one of the sides and was told that'd be $2 extra. If I wasn't on DDP, I'd have been less than happy to have paid $9.99 for this small plate. On the upside, there are several choices so I suppose that is a good thing-- but I was somewhat disappointed overall and wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. Surely EPCOT has other good places too!

I also like Sunshine Seasons, but for a different reason...plenty of seating and it's inside, so nice and cool!

I too agree with Sunshine Seasons....that is a must do every time we go. They have a wonderful variety for everyone. We also are going to try out the CS in Mexico, there is something about having some Mexican food and a Margaretta and sitting by the Lagoon that just seems so appealing to me :goodvibes.

I agree also that Sunshine Seasons is a great place to stop because the food is pretty good and there is variety there.
I do like to eat in the countries though...My favorites are:

Boulangerie Patisseri in France...I love to get the cheese plate with a baguette and their desserts are wonderful

Second on my list would be Kringla Bakeri og in Norway...Their open faced sandwiches are great and their desserts are great also...Especially the school bread (a "must have" of mine) or the huge dessert pretzels...yummmm

I agree with Sunshine Seasons (great key lime tart) and loved Tangiene Cafe!
My DD had the fish and chips in "England"...very fresh.

Needed to get out of the sun, and had cs in America (unlike me) and it was impressive: DD pulled pork, DH double bacon cheeseburger ...slushes were considered a beverage, and apple blossoms and rice krispie treats as desserts!

Not exotic, but a nice COOL break, and an indulgent cs credit!:rotfl:

Another vote for Sunshine Seasons, though I also like Tangerine for something "unusual" that gets us out of the Disney CS rut.
