Hello!

We will be in Disney in October and my hubby and I are going to be able to go to dinner without the children one night. I'll be turning 40 :scared1: so it will be for my birthday. I was wondering if anyone has any recommendations for where to dine.

Last time we were in Disney for our anniversary and went to California Grill and it was excellent but we thought we try someplace different this time.

Also, does Crystal Palace have a character dinner? I am thinking of booking there before the MMNSSHP.

Also thinking of booking CM and the Princess Storybook breakfast so if anyone as any another character dining recommendations, I would greatly appreciate them.

One more question, does anyone know if there is a character breafast with Special Agent Oso or Imagination Movers. My little guy LOVES these shows.

Thank you so very much for any info/advice,

Cee-Cee

For any celebration dinner, since our honeymoon in 2007, we have returned to Jiko at the Animal Kingdom Lodge.... if you are on the dining plan, it is a 2TS credit restaurant so it is on the pricier side (same as Cali Grill), but SO SO worth it..... we always get the filet w/ mac and cheese...... i can't WAIT to go there this September for my hubbys bday! The service is wonderful and the food is top notch, and its nice bc after dinner, you can go out and watch the animals on the savannah! Very romantic! CP does have a character dinner w/ Winnie the Pooh and characters.

My 40th in Sept will be at the Yachtman Steakhouse- I've had my birthday dinners there for the last 5 years - we love the food and service and we always order birthday cake, they have been awesome! We like Cape May Cafe at the Beach Club for breakfast it has a more relaxed atmosphere, we have gotten some great pictures there and also 1900 Park Fare at the Grand Floridian.

Have a great trip and a wonderful birthday!!

Victoria & Albert's if you can afford it. Narcoosees & Citricos at the Grand Floridian as well, and do they still cook those monster 5 pound Lobsters at the The Outback (Not Outback Steakhouse) at the Buena Vista Palace?

I'm having my birthday dinner at the Castle this year. Can't wait! :)
