I've had several but the Tempting Tigress is my favorite. Absolutely delicious.
That's what my son had, we all tasted it and thought it was the best of the bunch. I had the Jenn's Tatoo, I couldn't get through it, so strong, so I traded it with the girlfriend's Boto Rita, not great but drinkable. The 2 others each had the Snow Leopard Salvation, and the ginger beer was so stong, it overpowered everything but one was actually better than the other, needed lots more lime. The cheese and charcuterie platters were phenominal!

I asked for the Snow Leopard Salvation with club soda instead of ginger beer and it was delicious. No modifications on Tempting Tigress, though! I do love Jenn's Tattoo and also liked the sangria.

For this trip, we have decided to try restaurants that we haven't tried before. So with that being said, here is our picks. By the way, we are on the regular Dining Plan.

Day 1:
Epcot -

Lunch - Food & Wine

Dinner - La Hacienda de San Angel ----- IllumiNation is at 10:00 p.m. and got reservations for 9:00 p.m. in hopes of being able to watch the fireworks from our table. I know you can't request "lake-view" table too far in advance but how early would you recommend checking in at the restaurant to try to request a "lake-view" table? What are you recommendations for food selections??

The Del Mar platter for 2 is one of my favorite dishes at Disney: scallops, fish, esquites, roasted veggies...oh my! The avocado margaritas are really good, also.

Day 2:
Animal Kingdom -

Lunch - We were thinking Flame Tree Barbecue but not sure since we live near Charlotte, NC and have plenty of great BBQ joints around us. Any other place you would recommend? Any snacks you would recommend?

Hi, I'm from an hour north of Charlotte so I live and love BBQ. (My favorite is eastern style, but we can debate that at another time!) I love Flame Tree and this is more like Kansas City style, or so I've heard. It is nothing like what we are used to at home and has thick sauces. Flame Tree has a beautiful seating area, especially if you go to the back near the water.

Day 3:
Epcot -

Breakfast - Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie ---- Might consider trading a Quick Service credit for 2 Snacks credit here (I think it is still 1 QS = 2 Snacks)

We are obsessed with this place: the cheese plate, the macaroons, the baguettes, the everything.

Day 4:
Disney Springs (likely)

Lunch - As we would have 1 Quick Service (each) credit left and since we made a pack to try someplace new, I am greatly sad to say that that would leave out Cookes of Dublin. Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Have you been to Wolfgang Puck Express? I love it so much and it is a great way to spend your dining credits. It feels like a table service but uses quick service credits. The wine list is quite good here as well and as a lovely outdoor seating area if the weather is cooperating.

Thank you for taking the time to read this and thank you (ahead of time) for those that leave suggestions/recommendations/comments.

Enjoy your trip!
Thank you so much for you individual recommendations. We haven't tried Wolfgang Puck Express. We will absolutely consider since besides doing the F&W Festival, we also want to try all "new" restaurants. We have been going to WDW for years and usually stick to our favorite restaurants but this trip is trying new things.

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to everyone for their recommendations but I want to give you an update on our plans.

We still want to try La Hacienda de San Angel but thought this maybe wasn't the trip for it especially since we won't be getting to Epcot until 12:30 - 1:00 p.m. and doing F&W Festival. We agree that we will HAVE to try it the next time we go down (hopefully in Spring 2019).

As for our plans, we will do F&W all day the first day. We cancelled Tusker House and using the credit from Tusker House and La Hacienda de San Angel, we decided to go for Tiffins the second day dinner while having lunch that day at Satu'li Canteen. The third day is unchanged with Les Halles Boulangerie-Patisserie for breakfast and Spice Road for dinner. Departure day, we are meeting some friends at Disney Springs and after talking with them, we are considering either Wolfgang Puck's Express, one of the food trucks, or the Basket by Wine Bar George.

Still considering other recommendations for lunches / quick services.

Sorry, :offtopic: The food/appetizers were really good, the drinks however, were off the wall different, very strong (even for me), maybe it was the bartender. We were 5 and only 1 is positive he wants to return, I'm in the IDK camp! Always give it a couple of tries, just to be sure. Did you have a favorite cocktail?

The Lamu Libation and Leaping Lizard are my favorites. The Lamu Libation is pretty strong, since it has the 151 float, but the tropical juice and rum combo is hard to beat. The Leaping Lizard has cachaca, which I love but is kind of a love it or hate it liquor, and is delightfully passionfruity. Dalang's Delight and Jenn's Tattoo are also tasty.

Don't remember what we had there, but my dd had a beer that noted a hint of cinnamon or something like that. It was delicious!

Maybe that’s the way to go, try the beers instead, we will see in September!
