Looking to find an off-site suite hotel, condo, or vacation home with the EASIEST access to Disney.

I know all properties tell how many miles, etc they are to the parks, but I also know that time to get to park can vary because of traffic on certain roads, correct?

I am NOT INTERESTED in a Disney hotel, so please do not recommend one. Yes I know they offer perks that off site doesn't, but we have decided to stay off site and are not willing to consider on-site.

We will be going June or July 2013. There are 3 of us (hubby, me, will-be-10 year old daughter). Yes I know a standard hotel room would have enough space, but the most important priority for us is SPACE--after a whole day hanging out together, I want a room/condo/whatever with SPACE for us to all spread out and relax if need be. Besides I tend to be a night owl and would like to have a common area I could stay up and watch tv until I get sleepy until I join hubby in bed.

I am willing to spend up to $300/night but would much prefer it to be $200/night or under if possible.

Would like a nice pool and hopefully a hot tub.

Remember I would like a recommendation for easiest, quickest access to Disney.

We love the Caribe Royale right at the entrance to Disney on World Drive. The rates are as low as $89 a night and the huge pool area has a slide and waterfall. The pool area rivals Disney's deluxe resorts. I believe it's an all-suite resort with a bedroom and separate living room, with doors in between. It's our favorite off-site hotel.

Your best bet would probably be the Wyndham Bonnet Creek. It's on Disney property, around Epcot and Hollywood Studios, but it's not a Disney hotel. We rented through Vacation Strategy LLC for our upcoming trip, $89/night for a 2 bedroom suite. Check out the Bonnet Creek thread for more info.

Windsor Hills is great! Condos and townhomes with lots of space. Clubhouse has a nice pool and a hot tub. We can make it to DHS and AK in less than 10 minutes. 10-15 minutes for EP and MK.

We rent from www.disneyneighbor.com or you can go to windsorhillsrent.com and request some quotes.

Bonnet Creek. We booked a 2BR deluxe for this Oct through vacationstrategdy for $119 a night.

Have to agree -- Bonnet Creek or Windsor Hills. Reunion is also great but a bit farther out.

The Doubletree by Hilton is on Hotel Plaza Blvd. While technically on Disney property, it is not a Disney hotel. It has a hot tub, pool, bar and restaurant. The rooms are large, too. Good sized kitchenette, living room, and bedroom. There are one and two bedroom setups available. One of my personal fave hotels.

We stayed at Sheraton Vistana Resort. Two right turns, and you're on the WDW property. It was a great place, lots of space and a wonderful resort. I really recommend it. Click on the links through this site for a discounted price. We booked through someone's timeshare and paid even less but I think that was a one time thing.
