Recommendation for a gift experience?

Seeking an experience I could purchase for my mom who is turning 70 for her upcoming December trip.

I was thinking maybe a tour or .....I don't know what else??

It's a lot less walking, and most people like fireworks. If money isn't an object, you can rent a birthday boat to do the same thing, food delivered on it, and a cake.

Horse & buggy ride. We did it last year. It is available at Port Orleans Riverside Resort and I think maybe at one of the other resorts.
