There will be 7 of us traveling from Universal to Port Canaveral this summer. We are four adults, two elementary age kids and one infant (16 months old). Can you recommend a car service to take us to PC? Specifically, we need a larger car that can accommodate a car seat. We will have a significant amount of luggage . I'd prefer a service that combines reliability with a good price and outstanding service. Thanks!!!

We used Happy Limo on our last trip. There were 11 of us traveling together and we got a Mercedes sprinter limo. The drivers were on time and great. Because we had the Sprinter, we didn't have to worry about fitting luggage in the trunk (something you may need to consider). Some services will charge you for a luggage van in addition to the car.

We used Happy Limo last spring. We were very happy with them. There were only four of us, but I was nervous about the amount of luggage, me, dh, plus 2 teenage girls, so I requested a van. There was plenty of room, good price, driver was actually early, and the drive was good.

We've used FL Tours in the past (we now live in FL so we just drive over) and been very happy with them. They are also a sponsor of the Transportation section of the DIS Boards so why not support them.

We are big fans of Spaceport Transport. We have used them 4-5 times in the last 5 years and they are always on time, courteous, clean vehicles. We have had small groups of 4 and large groups up to 16. They have both mini-vans and a 10 or 12 passenger van. With the large group of 16, we were in 2 vehicles plus a trailer for the luggage. In your case, the larger van would work for you. The best part is that Carrie, who usually answers the phone at Spaceport, is so personable.

My husband, my kids, and I recently went on our third Disney Cruise-bringing my Grandma along for her first voyage. This was the first time we had booked the transportation, instead of having my father-in-law do it, and boy are we glad we took the time to do our research. After taking two cruises with sub-par transportation, Spaceport Transport was a breath of fresh air-even offering a cash discount. Our driver, Linda, was amazing!! She met us at our baggage claim with a sign in hand with our name on it. Instead of parking out front like so many other shuttles, she parked in the garage, this made loading our luggage, three kids, and grandma a breeze.
She gave us sight-seeing tips on the way to our hotel in Cape Canaveral and was very prompt in picking us up for the short drive to the cruise terminal the next morning. She even visited with Grandma about her fear of the water and our girls about what characters they wanted to see on the way!
When we got through customs 2 hours early when the cruise ended Linda was happy to come and get us even though she had to take her morning coffee to go :)
My youngest daughter and I had both picked up quite a bad cough on the last two days of the cruise and it was wonderful to be able to nap on the way to the airport knowing Linda was at the helm!
Even if you don't need transportation when you are in the area, give Jerry or Carrie a call just to let them know you heard that Linda was AWESOME!!

We've always used happy limo but were extremely unhappy with them on our last trip. Our car from parks to PC as filthy - the driver was nice - even though he didn't want to stop for groceries even though we requested it as part of reservation.

On our trip from PC the airport, the car would not shift so our max speed was 45 mph, the car shimmied, and we had to stop along side the interstate twice to let the transmission cool down.

We will be looking for a different company is year.
