I'm leaning towards using a TA. Although I'm really neurotic about planning and will tell him/her what I want, I really don't have time to stalk these boards for the discounts or be on the phone or computer all day on the 180th day to book the ADRs, character meals, hard ticket events, etc. (I can't even access the Disney website on my work computer--something about the wrong browser--and I am often on conference calls or in meetings all day long, so I can't be guaranteed the ability to even call on day 180).

So I'll need someone patient enough to deal with my e-mails regarding questions and changes AND reliable enough to get me those discounts and reservations. Especially the latter, because if he/she fails at that, there's no reason for me to use him/her--I'm better off planning to take a vacation day on day 180 just to book everything.

If you could be specific with a person's name, that would be great, as I already know that Dreams Unlimited and Small World seem recommended IN GENERAL. But who specifically?

Details: Family of 4, first trip to Disney; DH and I are pretty seasoned travelers and DS who will be 7 and DD, will be 4, are very familiar with eating in restaurants.

Go...and thanks in advance!!!

I'm using Jennifer Lissak at The Disney Guru. I really like her, I email her a lot to keep up to date with what's going on and we've been discussing everything. I'm very happy. Plus we got great perks for booking with her.
