I bought this Triopo cf tripod which can be converted to a monopod. Nice case, lightweight, and i believe the ballhead is arca swiss mount compatible. It's rated at 8 kg which sounds optimistic but it had no problems with a 5D3 and 24-70F/2.8L II. I packed in a suitcase for last year's Disneyland trip.
