DH bought two tubs by mistakeIts not something I usually buy - does anyone have a good recipe? Especially a cheesecake! TIA
Check the food network or the cooking channel, Giada DeLaurentis uses it all the time and there was a yummy recipe for mascarpone cream cups on Extra Virgin the other night; I'm getting some when I go shopping at the end of the week.
