We were on the June 4th Magic. I absolutely loved the mashed sweet potatoes, the butternut squash soup, the cucumber dill salad at Palo brunch and the True Colors drink served at Animator's. Does anyone have these recipes or know how I can get them, if I can get them? Thanks

try writing to the cruise line. we asked our server to compliment the chef one night on one of the soups and the chef came out to thank us and give us a copy of the recipie he printed up from the computer in the kitchen. he said that for the most part if you ask they will provide you with recipies.
i've always thought that they should sell a cruiseline cookbook similar to the "cooking with mickey" series they have on the resort and theme park restaurants.

We asked our server, she said ask the head server. So he wrote down all the recipes I wanted and by the end of the cruise he gave me the stack..lol.

I would say, email DCL, I am sure they will email you back with the recipes you want. You can email them directly from the website, or from disneyworld.com..I believe there is a cruise category in that pulldown menu also.

A few months ago DCL started sending out little mailers. The first one I received was for Chocolate Souffle from Palo's. This week I receive one in the mail on how to fold a sea swan.

Do a search of this forum and the cooking and scrapping forum. I am pretty sure someone posted the recipe for the mashed sweet potatoes.

Here is a copy of the recipe sent from DCL.
