recipe??

We had dinner at the San Angel Inn and loved it!! Our favorite dish was the Sopa Azteca (tortilla soup)...Does any one have the recipe, or know where we can get it?

www.allearsnet.com they have a section with some recipes from Disney.... maybe it will be there. If it is not, call the restaraunt and ask if they will mail it to you... they will, but it takes awhile to get it. Anytime you eat something at WDW, if you ask while you are at the table, they will bring a card out for you to put your address on and they will mail you the recipe. We did this many times, and even though it took awhile, we got them. The recipes they send are for a HUGE amount of food... so I always cut it down to about 1/3 of what they call for, and it still makes alot! I have a big family, and so you may need to cut it down even further.
