I'm looking for a recipe served at Trail's End Buffet at the Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground.
It looks like a triangle shape dessert, maybe using a tortilla shell, then deep fried. Then they throw tons of cinnamon sugar on top. It's so yummy! Yet I can't find it in the many different places, that usually give you Disney recipes. Of course, it doesn't help, I can't think what the restaurant calls it. Can anyone help?

Don't have this recipe. Can anyone help her out?

I have looked around the sites that I have for recipes and can't find that one. But I agree sounds like something I would love to try.

I think that they use filo dough and then deep fry them and cinn and sugar bit and then give little cups of hot fudge and strawberries and ice cream....it is totally awesome......so each person can drizzle the hot fudge and either use the strawberries or have ice cream with it.......

Cinnamon Dippers®
Dough triangles lightly fried, coated with cinnamon sugar and dusted with confectionary sugar. Served with vanilla ice cream, strawberry sauce and hot fudge.

If you think cinnamon toast is good, wait 'til you taste our cinnamon tortilla dippers. They 're basically fried tortilla wedges, coated with a cinnamon sugar mixture. They're great on their own, or dipped into applesauce or other fruit purees. If the cookie jar is empty and you crave something sweet, whip up a batch of these they are quick and easy to make. Be sure to make extra to pack in re-sealable plastic bags for lunches.

Ingredients:
½ cup granulated sugar
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 flour tortillas
vegetable oil for frying

Directions:
1. In a medium-sized flat-bottomed bowl, toss together sugar and cinnamon.
2. Cut each tortilla into 8 small pie-shaped wedges.
3. Heat ¼ inch oil in heavy frying pan over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
4. Carefully lower tortilla wedges into hot oil, cooking until golden brown on both sides, turning once, about 1 minute per side. Watch carefully, they can burn quickly. Do not crowd pan, work with only a few wedges at a time. If small bits of tortilla break off during cooking, remove with slotted spoon to prevent burning.
5.Use tongs to place cooked tortilla wedges in bowl with cinnamon sugar mixture. Toss to coat and place on paper towels to cool. If cinnamon sugar mixture gets too moist, replenish with additional sugar and cinnamon.
6. Serve immediately or cool and pack between layers of wax paper in a tightly sealed cookie tin or in re-sealable plastic bags. Pack with applesauce cups for a great snack.

Thank you, can't wait to try this. When we go to Trails End, I save room just for these! In fact I skip salad, to make sure i have room! :cutie:
I love putting the strawberries on top, they have to offer.Mmmm
