Our last visit to WDW in 2007 had us staying at CSR. My grandson & I enjoyed our meals at the Pepper Market. We were adventurous & tried things we normally don't eat.
One meal included a sauted(sp?) dish that included eggplant. I believe it was served with steak but am not positive? Anyway, it was very very good; we'd never tasted eggplant before & wouldn't have known but we asked our server what was included.
I was wondering if anyone could supply us with a recipe that includes eggplant or if they knew what the name of the dish is? I thought of googling eggplant but figured I'd start here because WDW was where we first tasted it & I'm hoping for that particular recipe.
