Recipe for Tandoori Chicken at Sanaa?

Any ideas where I could find the recipe for the Tandoori Chicken at Sanaa? Also the apricot chutney they serve with it? Just ate there for the first time on our recent trip and I'm missing that meal already! Need to find a similar recipe since we probably won't be back to WDW for a couple of years

Not a recipe, but I have used this product (mix 1:1 with yogurt) on both chicken and pork and it comes out great.
