Recipe for Stuffed Shrimp??

Does anyone have any good recipes for stuffed shrimp?? I'm dying for some good seafood right now!

I make baked stuff shrimp on Christmas Eve.

I melt butter and add Ritz crackers crumbs along with some garlic powder, little bit of grated parmasean cheese and then I add some finely chopped crabmeat.

I stuff the Colossal shrimp and just bake.

Melt 1 stick of butter with 2 cloves of garlic (add more if you LOVE garlic)

Crush 1/2 sleeve of Ritz crackers and same amount of Cheeze-Its (use whole sleeve if you don't want cheeze-its)

Mix butter and cracker mix. I have added crabmeat, also.

In a glass pyrex pan add a little milk to the bottom. Place in shrimp and cover with cracker/butter/garlic mixture.
