Recipe for Ratatouille?

Does anyone have a recipe for ratatouille which would end up looking like what was served in the movie? I took my kids to see "Ratatouille" and now they want that for dinner, I didn't even know there was such a dish. They are very picky eaters, so I was shocked when they asked me to make that for dinner.

Mine is similar to the recipe linked. It does not look like what was served in the movie. However, on the up side, my kids (who before this movie would never touch this with each other's fork) are now eating this regularly. (I've been making it 3 times a week - since veggies are abundant.


Now, if Disney would only make a movie about Tuna Casserole. . .

Thank you for the recipe. I can't wait to make it this weekend and see if my kids will really eat it. It sounds like my kids aren't the only ones that want to have it for dinner because of the movie.
